Our DELL & HP Repair and Imaging Services Team is seeking experienced laptop, desktop, tablets and or printer certified Repair Technicians. We are a certified DELL and HP Repair partner. In addition to repair and warranty services we provide imagining and asset tagging for the roll out of new devices.

Our Techs respond to repair e-tickets and helpdesk telephone calls, run diagnostics, service equipment, order parts, maintain inventory, stay current with certifications.

Capture customers images, deploy onto multiple devices for small to large scale roll outs.
Ship and receive IT equipment, responsible for inventory. Various IT projects as needed.

Must Have A+ cert, IT education or manufacture certifications preferred but not required, 2-3 years in repairs DELL, HP, Lenovo or any major brands.

Attention to detail, good written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment, problem solve and be willing to learn new technology.

Ideal candidate has worked as a repair technician, experience with MS365 and MS deployment server.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9a – 5:30p.
